Henrik joined MichaelSilver in 2019 to head our consulting practice. Since MichaelSilver has experienced significant growth over the past years, he was appointed Chief Administrative Officer in addition to his consulting role, where his internal role includes project portfolio management, process development, Human Resources, and IT management.
Henrik has held CEO and other senior management roles within the Automotive, Technology, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail Industries in the U.S. and around the world. Those roles include executive positions with all the big three automotive companies at dealer, national sales company, and manufacturer levels. He has also worked with many companies on a multitude of general business consulting matters.
With more than a decade of executive and operational management experience, Henrik serves as an advisor to clients on a variety of matters, such as business analyses, financial and operational analyses, strategic business consulting and succession planning, organizational structures and incentive planning, business planning and mergers and acquisitions.
Henrik is part of the firm management team, the international committee and the consulting committee and leads the HR committee
Born and raised in Sweden, Henrik worked in several European countries before moving to the Unites States. He is an avid book reader and loves technology, enjoys gardening and fishing, and traveling to experience new cultures.

How he approaches his work
“I find it very motivating and fun to work with owners and their board to understand their expectations for their business. I enjoy to first establish a baseline with facts and research, from which point the client can choose the path they prefer. In many cases, they also want my support in driving change, implementing initiatives, and creating systems for follow up. Contributing to a client’s success in changing their business to where they want it, is very gratifying to me.”

“I am passionate about new technology, especially innovation that improves lives. I have a need to understand how things work, and I am an avid book reader. A vacation spent on a boat, maybe fishing is a good vacation. I travel extensively, since I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new cultures.”
