Joshua Prince, CPA is a tax advisor providing consulting and compliance services to closely-held businesses, their owners, and high-net worth individuals. Josh joined MichaelSilver in 2017 as a Tax Manager and promoted to Partner in 2023. Before joining the Firm, Josh spent three years working at PwC and five years at RSM US LLP, working in Private Client Services.
Josh has more than 13 years of experience helping clients formulate tax planning strategies for their personal and business needs. He helps clients to stay up-to-date on tax developments and trends, optimize tax strategies, and minimize tax liabilities. Josh advises on various tax issues, such as entity selection, planning and projections, foreign reporting, state and local considerations, government tax audits, and federal tax credits. He works within a variety of industries, including real estate, professional services, family offices, and retail.
