Lyssa Kemper is a Partner in MichaelSilver’s Client Accounting/Advisory Services (CAS) practice. With more than 25 years of experience in the accounting industry—including over a decade in public accounting—Lyssa brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to her clients.
Since joining the firm, Lyssa has played a key role in the development and expansion of the CAS practice, leveraging the processes, systems, and client service model she built in her own successful business prior to joining MichaelSilver. Her entrepreneurial background and deep understanding of client needs have helped shape a scalable, value-driven approach to CAS that aligns with today’s technology-enabled and insight-focused advisory model.
Lyssa serves a diverse group of clients across industries including online retail, technology, real estate, and manufacturing. She is known for her proactive, collaborative style and her dedication to helping business owners reach their goals. She views her role as more than an accountant—she is a partner in her clients’ success.
Lyssa also contributes to the firm’s leadership as a mentor group lead and member of the SALT team.
