Mary Warmus, CPA, is a Senior Accredited Appraiser in Business (ASA) through the American Society of Appraisers. For over 30 years, Mary’s practice has centered on the valuation of closely held businesses, their equity and debt securities, and intellectual property for transaction, litigation, business succession, restructuring, and strategic planning purposes. Mary’s industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, logistics, printing, agriculturally based businesses, professional service businesses, restaurants, and investment holding companies. Mary’s initial career as a tax consultant focused on tax research and compliance issues for corporations, partnerships, and high-wealth individuals. Mary has served as an adjunct professor at DePaul University teaching the tax valuations course in the Master of Science in Taxation program.
